Award: BAYFU as "Employer of the Future”

The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization and the DUP UNTERNEHMER-MAGAZIN (*link) award BAYFU as employer of the future.

On November 24, BAYFU received the "Employer of the Future 2022" award in Hamburg. The award honors companies that focus on digitization, innovation and sustainability. Brigitte Zypries, the former Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, is the representative of the employer initiative and publisher of the DUP Entrepreneur Media.

The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) reviews companies for their innovative strength, the state of modern digital transformation, employee friendliness, modern leadership and strategies for recruiting. The focus is on the topic of future viability with all its facets - economic, ecological, social and digital. Today, more than ever, trends such as digitization, innovative strength and sustainability determine the future viability of companies.

The assessment of the "Employer of the Future" award is carried out through a multi-stage review process and by a jury of experts based on defined focus areas that depict a well-founded 360-degree view of the company.
